You will receive email notices upon certain status changes as well as any delay by the carrier.
You can also opt-in to receive SMS notification from your Order View or tracking page for final delivery of an item
If an item has shipped, you can continue to check the status of your shipment through your order tracking page. If your shipment status confirms that your item has been delivered but you have not received the item, please click here to notify our Customer Care team that you suspect your package may be lost. Please include your order number, name of the Brand, and product item.
- Navigate to www.axyzshops.com .
- Enter your "Order Number". Enter the "Zip Code" used to place your order. This may include your full 9-digit postal code. (ex. 91345-1234), or enter the "Email Address" used to place your order.
- Click "Look Up Order".
- Locate the order you want to track and click "View Order Details".
- To opt into SMS, go to "Sign Up to get SMS alert for final delivery" and enter your phone number.
- Click the "I agree to receive SMS alerts powered by WeSupply" check box.
- Click "Sign Up".
