How do I reset/change/update my password?

To reset or update your password,

  1. Navigate to axyzshops.com.
  2. Scroll to the footer of the website and click "Account Login".
  3. Click "Forgot Your Password?"
  4. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click "I'm not a robot" to securely reset your password. Click "Reset My Password".
  5. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
  6. Go to your email and click the "Set a New Password" link.
  7. From there you will be prompted to create a new password. Click "Set a New Password".
  8. You can now log in with your new password.

If you're still unable to locate the link, you may have entered the wrong address and will need to click "Forgot Your Password" to enter your correct email address.
